However, since Huang Hanqing founded the Pineapple Industrial Park, farmers and companies are closely tied together through the structure of company + farmers + cooperatives + base. The company uses its sales network accumulated for many years to get through the bottleneck of production and sales, and finally let the villagers in the old area benefit.

In recent years, Huang zhenhong has earned considerable income from pineapple cultivation. In 2019, he earned 140,000 yuan. This year, not only did he plant 20,000 bromeliads himself, but his son also set up a cooperative with others, which will be a big income. The income of the whole small family has reached a well-off level. In the past, the roads were rough and transportation difficult. After the park opened, Huang and the local government jointly built several roads to facilitate transportation, and demand for pineapples began to outstrip supply. At the same time, by holding the "Pineapple Festival Cloud Exhibition", the popularity of local pineapple has been improved, attracting more customers, and the sales cost has been reduced through the mode of online sales.

The combined effect of a variety of factors is to increase production and income of the villagers in the old area. Over the past 100 years, countless revolutionaries have sacrificed their lives to achieve national liberation and independence.
